Medals 

The Men's Individual Recurve Open GOLD was won by Kevin Mather (USA) after a 6-4 success over Lixue Zhao (CHN) who took SILVER while Harvinder Singh (IND) claimed BRONZE after winning 6-5 over Min Su Kim (KOR). 

The Women's Shot Put F12 saw GOLD won by Safiya Burkhanova (UZB) ahead of Assunta Legnante (ITA) who took SILVER while Rebeca Valenzuela Alvarez (MEX) collected BRONZE. GB's Lydia Church finished in eighth.

A Paralympic Record distance of 5.76m in the Women's Long Jump T47 as Anna Grimaldi (NZL) won GOLD ahead of Aleksandra Moguchaia (RPC) who scooped SILVER while Kiara Rodriguez (ECU) claimed BRONZE. GB's Polly Maton finished in seventh. 

A Paralympic Record distance of 31.35m in the Men's Javelin Throw F53 as Hamed Amiri (IRI) won GOLD ahead of Aleksei Kuznetsov (RPC) who took SILVER while Justin Phongsavai (USA) collected BRONZE.

GOLD for GB's Owen Miller in the Men's 1500m T20 as he finished ahead of Aleksandr Rabotnitskii (RPC) who took SILVER while Ndiaga Dieng (ITA) collected BRONZE. 

The Women's 1500m T20 GOLD was won by Barbara Bieganowska-Zajac (POL) as she finished ahead of Liudmyla Danylina (UKR) who took SILVER while GB's Hannah Taunton crossed for BRONZE. 

In the Men's Discus Throw F37, Haider Ali (PAK) won GOLD ahead of Mykola Zhabnyak (UKR) who scooped SILVER while Joao Victor Teixeira de Sousa Silva (BRA) collected BRONZE. 

The Men's High Jump T64 saw GB's Jonathan Broom-Edwards win GOLD ahead of Kumar Praveen (IND) who took SILVER while Maciej Lepiato (POL) collected BRONZE.

The Men's 200m T61 GOLD was won by Ntando Mahlangu (RSA) ahead of GB's Richard Whitehead who took SILVER while Ali Lacin (GER) collected BRONZE.

GOLD for GB's Emma Wiggs in the Women's Va'a Single 200m VL2 as she finished ahead of Susan Seipel (AUS) who scooped SILVER while GB's Jeanette Chippington claimed BRONZE. 

The Men's Kayak Single 200m KL2 GOLD was won by Curtis McGrath (AUS) ahead of Mykola Syniuk (UKR) who took SILVER while Federico Mancarella (ITA) collected BRONZE. GB's David Phillipson finished in seventh. 

GOLD for Serhii Yemelianov (UKR) in the Men's Kayak Single 200m KL3 as he finished ahead of Leonid Krylov (RPC) who took SILVER while GB's Robert Oliver collected BRONZE. 

The Men's C4-5 Road Race GOLD was won by Kevin le Cunff (FRA) as he crossed ahead of Yehor Dementyev (UKR) who scooped SILVER while Daniel Abraham Gebru (NED) collected BRONZE. GB's George Peasgood finished in sixth.

In the Women's C1-3 Road Race, Keiko Sugiura (JPN) won GOLD ahead of Anna Beck (SWE) who took SILVER while Paige Greco (AUS) claimed BRONZE. 

GOLD for Katie-George Dunlevy (Pilot- Eve McCrystal) (IRL) in the Women's B Road Race as she finished ahead of GB's Sophie Unwin (Pilot-Jenny Holl) who took SILVER while Louise Jannering (Pilot- Anna Svaerdstroem) (SWE) crossed for BRONZE. GB's Lora Fachie (Pilot- Corrine Hall) finished in fifth. 

The Men's B Road Race saw a Netherlands 1-2 as Vincent ter Schure (Pilot-Timo Fransen) won GOLD ahead of Tristan Bangma (Pilot- Patrick Bos) who took SILVER while Alexandre Lloveras (Pilot- Corentin Ermenault) (FRA) collected BRONZE. 

The Women's GOLD was won by Turkey after a 9-2 victory over USA who took SILVER while a 6-1 win over Brazil saw Japan collect BRONZE. 

The Men's GOLD was won by Brazil after a 7-2 victory over China who took SILVER while Turkey claimed BRONZE after easing to a 9-2 win over USA. 

A Paralympic Record of 457.9 in the R8 Women's 50m Rifle 3 Positions SH1 as Cuiping Zhang (CHN) won GOLD ahead of Natascha Hiltrop (GER) who took SILVER while Avani Lekhara (IND) collected BRONZE. 

The R7 Men's 50m Rifle 3 Positions SH1 GOLD was won by Abdulla Sultan Alaryani (UAE) ahead of Laslo Suranji (SRB) who scooped SILVER while Youngjip Shim (KOR) collected BRONZE.

A WORLD RECORD time of 4:06.59 in the Men's 4x100m Medley 34 pts as RPC (Bogdan Mozgovoi, Andrei Kalina, Alexander Skaliukh, Andrei Nikolaev) won GOLD ahead of Australia (Tim Hodge, Tim Disken, William Martin, Ben Popham) who sealed SILVER while Italy (Riccardo Menciotti, Stefano Raimondi, Simone Barlaam, Antonio Fantin) collected BRONZE. 

The Women's Team Classes 9-10 saw GOLD won by Poland after a 2-0 victory over Australia who took SILVER.

In the Women's Team Classes 4-5, China took GOLD after a 2-1 win over Sweden who had to settle for SILVER.

The Men's Team Classes 6-7 saw China win GOLD with a 2-0 success over GB who took SILVER.

France won GOLD in the Men's Team Classes 1-2 with a 2-0 victory over Republic of Korea who took SILVER.

The Men's Team Classes 9-10 GOLD was won by China after a 2-0 success over Australia who took SILVER. 

The Men's K44 -75kg GOLD was won by Juan Diego Garcia Lopez (MEX) who defeated Mahdi Pourrahnamaahmadgourabi (IRI) who took SILVER while Juan Samorano (ARG) and Jeong Jun Hoo (KOR) collected BRONZES after defeating Nurian Dombayev (KAZ) and Magomedzagir Isaldibirov (RPC).

In the Women's K44 -58kg, Lisa Gjessing (DEN) won GOLD after defeating GB's Beth Munro who sealed SILVER while Yujie Li (CHN) and Silvana Cardoso Fernandes (BRA) collected BRONZES after defeating Gamze Gurdal (TUR) and Palesha Goverdhan (NEP).

The Quad Singles saw BRONZE won by Niels Vink (NED) after a 6-1/6-4 victory over Koi Sugeno (JPN). 

In the Men's Doubles, Stephane Houdet/Nicolas Peifer (FRA) won GOLD with a 7-5/0-6/7-6 victory over GB's Alfie Hewett/Gordon Reid who took SILVER. BRONZE was claimed by Tom Egberink/Maikel Scheffers (NED) as they won 6-3/6-2 over Shingo Kunieda/Takashi Sanada (JPN). 

The Women's Singles GOLD was won by Diede de Groot (NED) as she claimed a 6-3/7-6 victory over Yui Kamiji (JPN) who took SILVER while GB's Jordanne Whiley sealed BRONZE after winning 6-4/6-7/6-4 against Aniek van Koot (NED).

GB's Daniel Pembroke won GOLD in the Men's Javelin Throw F13 with a Paralympic Record distance of 69.52 as he out-threw Ali Pirouj (IRI) who took SILVER while Hector Cabrera Llacer (ESP) claimed BRONZE.

An historic GB 1-2 in the Women's C4-5 Road Race as Dame Sarah Storey won her 17th Paralympic GOLD to become GB's Most Decorated Paralympian and her team-mate Crystal Lane-Wright scooped SILVER ahead of Marie Patouillet (FRA) who crossed for BRONZE. 

Another GB 1-2 came in the Men's C1-3 Road Race as Ben Watson won GOLD ahead of Finlay Graham who took SILVER while Alexandre Leaute (FRA) collected BRONZE. GB's Jaco van Gass finished in fifth.

The Men's T1-2 Road Race saw Jianxin Chen (CHN) win GOLD ahead of Tim Celen (BEL) who took SILVER while Juan Jose Betancourt Quiroga (COL) claimed BRONZE. 

A German 1-2 in the Women's T1-2 Road Race as Jana Majunke won GOLD ahead of Angelika Dreock Kaeser who took SILVER while Jill Walsh (USA) crossed for BRONZE. 

The Mixed H1-5 Team Relay saw Italy (Paolo Cecchetto,Luca Mazzone, Diego Colombari) win GOLD ahead of France (Riadh Tarsim, Florian Jouanny, Loic Vergnaud) who took SILVER while USA (Ryan Pinney, Alicia Dana, Alfredo de los Santos) collected BRONZE. 

A Paralympic Record of 27 as Xing Huang (CHN) won GOLD in the P3 Mixed 25m Pistol SH1 ahead of Szymon Sowinski (POL) who scooped SILVER while Oleksii Denysiuk (UKR) claimed BRONZE.

In the Men's 50m Backstroke S2, Gabriel Geraldo dos Santos Araujo (BRA) stormed to GOLD ahead of Alberto Abarza (CHI) who scooped SILVER while Vladimir Danileneko (RPC) claimed BRONZE.

The Women's K44-49kg GOLD was won by Leonor Espinoza Carranza (PER) with a victory over Meryem Cavdar (TUR) who took SILVER while Khwansuda Phuangkitcha (THA) and Anna Poddubskaia (RPC) collected BRONZES after defeating Ziyodakon Isakova (UZB) and Viktoriia Marchuk (UKR).

The Women's Individual W1 GOLD was won by Minyl Chen (CHN) after a 142-131 victory over Sarka Musilova (SVK) who took SILVER while a 131-123 success for GB's Victoria Rumary saw her collected BRONZE over Lia Coryell (USA).

A WORLD RECORD of 40.05m in the Men's Javelin F34 as Saeid Afrooz (IRI) won GOLD ahead of Colombian duo Mauricio Valencia who took SILVER while Diego Fernando Meneses Medina claimed BRONZE. 

A WORLD RECORD of 37.91 in the Women's Discus F41 as Ruoua Tlili (TUN) won GOLD ahead of Morrocan duo Youssra Karim who took SILVER while Hayat El Garaa collected BRONZE.

In the Women's 100m T54, Zhaoqian Zhou (CHN) won GOLD ahead of Amanda Kotaja (FIN) who took SILVER while Cheri Madsen (USA) claimed BRONZE. 

GOLD for GB's David Smith in the Individual BC1 as he won 4-2 against Chew Wei Lun (MAS) who took SILVER while Jose Carlos de Oliveira (BRA) collected BRONZE with an 8-2 win over Andre Ramos (POR).

The Individual BC2 GOLD was won by Hidetaka Suigmura (JPN) after a 5-0 win over Watcharaphon Vongsa (THA) who scooped SILVER while Maciel Santos (BRA) claimed BRONZE with a 4-3 win over Worawut Saengamps (THA).

In the Individual BC3, Adam Peska (CZE) won GOLD ahead of Grigorios Poylchronoidis (GRE) who took SILVER while Daniel Michel (AUS) secured BRONZE after a 6-1 win over GB's Scott McCowan.

The Individual BC4 GOLD was won by Samuel Andrejcik (SVK) after a 4-0 win over Pornchok Larpyen (THA) who took SILVER while Yuk Wing Leung (HKG) collected BRONZE with a 5-4 win over Yuansen Zheng (CHN). 

The Men's H5 Road Race GOLD was won by Mitch Valize (NED) ahead of Loic Vergnaud (FRA) who scooped SILVER while Tim De Vries (NED) crossed for BRONZE.

In the Men's H1-2 Road Race, Florian Jouanny (FRA) won GOLD ahead of Luca Mazzone (ITA) who took SILVER while Sergio Garrote Munoz (ESP) collected BRONZE. 

GOLD in the Women's H5 Road Race for Oksana Masters (USA) as she finished ahead of Bianbian Sun (CHN) who took SILVER while Katia Aere (ITA) collected BRONZE.

The Women's 100m Breaststroke SB7 GOLD was won by Mariia Pavlova (RPC) as she finished ahead of Jessica Long (USA) who took SILVER while Tiffany Thomas Kane (AUS) claimed BRONZE. 

GOLD for Antonio Fantin (ITA) in the Men's 100m Freestyle S6 as he crossed in a WORLD RECORD time of 1:03.71 ahead of Nelson Crispin Corzo (COL) who took SILVER while Henrique Glock Talisson (BRA) collected BRONZE. 

The Men's 400m Freestyle S10 GOLD was won by Maksym Krypak (UKR) as he finished ahead of Bas Takken (NED) who scooped SILVER while Thomas Gallagher (AUS) claimed BRONZE. 

A WORLD RECORD time of 4:24.08 in the Women's 400m Freestyle as Aurelie Rivard (CAN) won GOLD ahead of Bianka Pap (HUN) who scooped SILVER while Oliwia Jablonska (POL) took BRONZE. GB's Zara Mullooly finished in fourth spot.

The Women's 100m Breaststroke SB13 GOLD was won by Elena Krawzow (GER) as she finished ahead of GB's Rebecca Redfern who took SILVER while Colleen Young (USA) collected BRONZE.

A clean sweep for China in Men's 50m Freestyle S5 as Tao Zheng won GOLD in a Paralympic Record time of 30.31s ahead of Weiyi Yuan who took SILVER while Lichao Wang collected BRONZE.

The Women's 50m Freestyle S8 GOLD was won by Viktoriia Ishchiulova (RPC) as she finished ahead of Cecila Kethlen Jeronimo de Araujo (BRA) who scooped SILVER while Xenia Francesca Palazzo (ITA) claimed BRONZE. 

A Paralympic Record time of 1:04.86 in the Men's 100m Breaststroke SB12 as Vali Israfilov (AZE) won GOLD ahead of Oleskii Fednya (UKR) who scooped SILVER while Artur Saifutdinov (RPC) collected BRONZE. 

A Paralympic Record time of 1:14.89 in the Women's 100m Breaststroke SB12 as Maria Carolina Gomes Santiago (BRA) won GOLD ahead of Daria Lukianenko (RPC) who took SILVER while Yaryna Matlo (UKR) collected BRONZE. 

The Men's Team Classes 4-5 GOLD will be battled for by China and Republic of Korea after they secured 2-0 wins over Slovakia and France who both claimed BRONZE. 

In the Men's Team Class 8, GB and France both took BRONZE after losing 2-0 to Ukraine and China who will battle for GOLD.

GOLD in the Women's Team Classes 1-3 will be won by either China or Republic of Korea after they won 2-1/2-0 over Italy and Croatia who both took BRONZE. 

The Men's Team Classes 9-10 GOLD will be battled for by Australia and China after they secured 2-0 wins over Nigeria and Ukraine who both took BRONZE. 

In the Women's Team Classes 6-8, GOLD will be won by either Netherlands or China after they won 2-1/2-0 against RPC and France who both took BRONZE. 

The Men's Team Class 3 saw China and Germany advance to the final after 2-0 wins over Czech Republic and Thailand who both secured BRONZE. 

In the Men's Team Classes 6-7, GOLD will be won by China or GB after 2-0/2-1 wins over Germany and Spain who both collected BRONZE. 

France and Republic of Korea will battle for GOLD in the Men's Team Classes 1-2 final after 2-0/2-1 wins over Slovakia/Poland who both took BRONZE. 

The Women's Team Classes 9-10 GOLD will be won by either Australia or Poland after 2-0 wins over Brazil and China who both took BRONZE. 

In the Women's Team Classes 4-5, China and Sweden will battle for GOLD after 2-0 wins over GB and Serbia who both took BRONZE. 

The Quad Doubles GOLD was won by Dylan Alcott/Heath Davidson (AUS) as they secured a 6-4 6-3 victory over Sam Schroder/Niets Vink (NED) who took SILVER. BRONZE was collected by Mitsuteru Moroishi/Koji Sugeno (JPN) after a 7-6.6-3, 7-5 win over GB pair Antony Cotterill/Andy Lapthorne.

Double delight for GB in the Women's C5 Time Trial as Dame Sarah Storey won her 16th Paralympic GOLD to level with Mike Kenny as GB's most decorated Paralympian with team-mate Crystal Lane-Wright crossing for SILVER. BRONZE was collected by Kerstin Brachtendorf (GER). 

GOLD for Shawn Morelli (USA) in the Women's C4 Time Trial as she finished ahead of Australian duo Emily Petricola who took SILVER while Meg Lemon crossed for BRONZE. 

Mikhail Astashov (RPC) won GOLD in the Men's C1 Time Trial ahead of Aaron Keith (USA) who scooped SILVER while Michael Teuber (GER) who crossed for BRONZE.

GOLD for Danile Abraham Gebru (NED) in the Men's C5 Time Trial ahead of Yehor Dementyev (UKR) who scooped SILVER while Alistair Donohue (AUS) crossed for BRONZE. 

The Men's C4 Time Trial saw a Slovakia 1-2 as Patrik Kuril won GOLD ahead of team-mate Jozef Metelka who took SILVER while GB's George Peasgood crossed for BRONZE. 

GOLD for GB's Ben Watson in the Men's C3 Time Trial as he finished ahead of German duo Steffen Warias who took SILVER and Matthias Schindler (GER) who collected BRONZE while the other GB duo of Finlay Graham and Jaco van Gass finished in fourth and sixth. 

The Women's B Time Trial saw GOLD won by Katie-George Dunlevy (Pilot-Eve McCrystal) (IRL) ahead of GB's Lora Fachie (Pilot-Corrine Hall) who took SILVER while Louise Jannering (Pilot-Anna Svaerdstroem) (SWE) crossed for BRONZE. GB's Sophie Unwin (Pilot - Jenny Holl) finished in fifth.

The Men's 50m Freestyle S7 GOLD was won by Andrii Trusov (UKR) ahead of Carlos Daniel Serrano Zarate (COL) who took SILVER while Yevhenii Bohodaiko (UKR) collected BRONZE. 

A Paralympic Record time of 1.09.21 in the Women's 100m Freestyle S7 as Giulia Terzi (ITA) won GOLD ahead of McKenzie Coan (USA) who sealed SILVER while Yelyzaveta Mereshko (UKR) collected BRONZE. 

A WORLD RECORD time of 54.15 in the Men's 100m Butterfly S10 as Maksym Krypak (UKR) won GOLD ahead of Stefano Raimondi (ITA) who sealed SILVER while Col Pearse (AUS) collected BRONZE. 

The Women's 100m Butterfly S10 GOLD was won by Mikaela Jenkins (USA) ahead of Jasmine Greenwood (AUS) who sealed SILVER while Chantalle Zijderveld (NED) claimed BRONZE. 

In the Women's 100m Freestyle S8, Sophie Pascoe (NZL) won GOLD ahead of Sarai Gascon (ESP) who took SILVER while Mariana Ribeiro (BRA) collected BRONZE. GB's Toni Shaw finished in fourth. 

A Paralympic Record time of 3:53.79 in the Mixed 4x100m Freestyle 49pts as RPC (Ilnur Garipov, Anna Krivshina, Daria Pikalova, Vladimir Sotkinov ) won GOLD ahead of Brazil (Wendell Belarmino Pereira, Douglas Matera, Lucilene da Silva Sousa, Maria Carolina Gomes Santiago) who sealed SILVER while Ukraine (Maryna Piddubna, Maksym Veraksa, Anna Stetsenko, Kyrylo Garashenko) collected BRONZE.
